Digital Art Week 2022のキュレーターはWarren Wee（ウォーレン・ウィー）が担当し、宇宙探査への新たな興味と、NASAが月面基地の建設を目指して2022年11月16日に打ち上げた「アルテミス1号」からインスピレーションを受けて構築されました。"Shinwa Space Ship"は、「spatial.io」によってホスティングされており、ロサンゼルスと東京に拠点を置くアニメーションスタジオ「GetLit3D」が、シンワのギャラリーをもとに制作した3D没入型ギャラリーとなります。このイベントでは、ユーザーは宇宙空間の小惑星に着陸した“仮想ギャラリー”を体験することができます。また、ユーザーは惑星を飛び越え、宇宙船の周りに隠されたスペースデブリを探索し、ビデオを見たり、船内や周辺のアート作品を鑑賞したりすることができます。

Conceptualized by Digital Art Week 2022’s curator Warren Wee and inspired by the renewed interest in space exploration and NASA’s recent launch of the Artemis 1 on 16th November 2022, the first in a series of complex missions to build a sustained human presence at the moon. “Shinwa Space Ship” is a special purpose 3D immersive virtual gallery hosted on spatial.io and built by Los Angeles and Tokyo based animation studio, GetLit3D based on Shinwa’s massive Ginza art gallery in Tokyo, Japan with a reproduction of the first and basement levels of the gallery. This experience enables users to navigate the virtual gallery that has landed on an asteroid in outer space. Users would also be able to jump across planets and explore hidden space debris around the space ship, watch videos and explore the artwork in and around the ship.
